Day 5 South Island: Glenorchy, Horse Riding Dart Stables

On the 2nd day in Queenstown, we left early in the morning for Dart Stables in Glenorchy, which is about 40 mins drive away.  They are the sole operator in the area that have horse rides to location shots used for the 'Lord of the Rings' trilogy.

We paid a package price of about $169 for Dart Stables Riding trail, Gondola ride, buffet lunch and luge.
