We still haven't shaken off the holiday mood yet and with two days leave and the weekend, we made an impromptu weekend holiday to Krabi, Thailand. We purchased a 3 nights, 4 days package from Expedia.com with accomodation in a 3 star hotel i.e. Krabi Heritage Hotel c/w buffet breakfast and return flight on AirAsia.
Krabi is a town on the west coast of southern Thailand at the mouth of the Krabi River where it empties in Phangnga Bay. The town is the capital of Krabi Province and Krabi district.
Total cost of package RM2,500 or RM833 per pax.

Our seafood dinner with compulsory Tom Yam. Yum yum. |
We went on a day tour package which includes Hot Spring, Emerald Pool and Tiger Cave Temple inclusive of lunch (at Emerald Pool, just rice and a few average dishes an fruits for desert) at 800 baht per pax. Due to the distances from Ao Nang to the places of interest mentioned which took about an hour and half, we were only given about 40 mins at the Hot Spring, an hour or so at Emerald Pool and another hour at Tiger Cave Temple. Tour was just average.
